Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of receipt.
Once the order is dispatched, you will be notified for the tracking number of your order via email.
We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
All orders are processed during working days. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays (including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, 26/12, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, 2/01/2020).

Shipping in Greece.
The courier company we are working with is Geniki Taxydromiki.
For purchases from € 200.00 and above, shipping and delivery are free of charge. The delivery of products at your place is done with the courier company usually within the next 1-3 business days. For some remote locations the delivery time can be 2-7 business days. When your parcel is in your city for delivery, your courier company sends you a text message with your shipping code and a phone number. If you want some clarification or specific delivery times for your package, you can contact the phone number that was sent to you in the text message. For orders less than € 200.00 shipping costs are € 6.00.
If any of the products are unavailable, the waiting time will be communicated to you by e-mail.
The amount paid for shipping the package is in any case either delivered by your courier company to your place or you receive your package from the local office of the courier company.

For shipment abroad please contact us via email: [email protected] . Orders abroad are delivered after they have been paid by PayPal.

For orders over 2kg and more voluminous packets, the dispatch department is contacted at the telephone number +30 2810228121 (Mon. - Fri. -10: 00-18: 00) or at [email protected] due to the difference in shipping costs.
For heavy items the shipment is done with a transport agency (pick up from the agency's headquarters).
